Fill out the on-line registration form below with the required information and click 'Submit' to start the registration process. You will still need to print and complete the EMERGENCY CONTACT form and bring it, along with a copy of your birth certificate (new players only) and your registration fees* to the next Saturday field maintenance day to complete the registration process.
